Bruno Sablan is currently part of the English Language Fellow program sponsored by the US State Department. English Language Fellows are highly qualified U.S. TESOL professionals who assist U.S. Embassies in delivering and maintaining quality English language programs around the world. He is currently teaching English at BINUS University a leading private university in Jakarta, Indonesia. Prior to becoming a Fellow, Bruno held various education management positions and worked for semiconductor and EDA software companies in Silicon Valley. He holds a Masters in English with emphasis in TESOL from San Francisco State University, a Masters in Business Administration from UC Berkeley, and an Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Southern California. He has been teaching for the last five years and is a big fan of flipped learning. He has presented about flipped learning at international conferences, designed flipped learning courses, consulted with high level university officials about flipped learning, and is working on publishing research about flipped learning.
