I am an Italian High School teacher of ESL literature. I’ve been teaching for 30 years in public High schools and I’m presently teaching at Liceo Linguistico Michelangelo Grigoletti in Pordenone, a small town in the North East of Italy. I’m also an e-learning author, blogger – Bloggish Learning English by Blogging – and teacher trainer even if my passion, after so many years is still “being a class teacher”. I’ve always been keen to learn & try innovative practices and I have been a pioneer in the use of Flipped Learning in Italy. I’m featured in the book Flipped Classroom nuovo modo di insegnare e apprendere by Graziano Cecchinato and Romina Papa, Utet, 2016. I’m very passionate about the way digital technology can help students be more engaged and unleash their creativity when studying literature in a foreign language. I have achieved Flipped Learning Certification Levels – I & II.
