I obtained a PGDE in Education (Secondary Mathematics) at The University of Hong Kong in 2015 as well as Bachelors of Engineering (Electrical) and Science (Computing) at The University of Melbourne in 2006. I am currently a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Po Leung Kuk Choi Kai Yau School. This is my 7th year of teaching in Hong Kong and was previously an Engineering Consultant in Melbourne, Australia. I am passionate about holistically educating the leaders of tomorrow and bring to the classroom a wealth of experience from industry to make lessons more conceptually interesting, innovative, and relevant. Last year I was teaching at St. Paul’s Convent School where I mentored a team of 3 students to build a smart-phone app as well as a business plan. This team won the Hong Kong Senior Division and became finalists in the global Technovation competition.
